The Perfect 5 Minute Booty Workout!


Hi everyone!

 It's Emani Mone thanks for reading this blog post and subscribing to my YouTube channel. In this video I uploaded a quick and easy booty/glute workout. I forgot to mention in the video that I also do a 10 minute jog and run after the machines with high incline. This is not a full workout that I do at the gym but just a quick workout for the cute summer booty. I am 5 feet and 115 pounds just so you understand why me working out is necessary I could look like an Oompa Loompa at any moment lol. But, seriously being in shape is something that everyone should aspire to do not to look a certain way but to be healthy and live a long purposeful life.
