So if your anything like me I know you love to eat! This morning my mom asked me to make her a smoothie because she tends to run around a lot and forgets to eat so I made her something with her favorite additive, kale. I usually stick to my Orange Banana smoothie for energy but this one became my favorite really quick!
Heres What You Need!
Pineapple - I bought a whole pineapple and used about 3 slices from it
Kale - About a hand full. I used a Kale and Spinach Mix from Trader Joe's
Banana - 1/2 of a Banana
Milk - About 1/2 a cup. I used almond milk, it tastes just like vanilla without the icky additives in regular milk.
And of course a blend it all together!
You can add ice if you want to make it more refreshing!
*REMEMBER ALL FRESH SMOOTHIES MUST BE CONSUMED 3-6 HOURS*
